Refund Policy

1. Shipping within India

We ship orders within 2–3 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

Some exceptions:

• If you order more than 5 pieces of the same product
• If the item is marked as pre-order or in production

In such cases, processing time may be longer. During busy periods (festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances), there may be delays in order processing. For items that are not in stock, dispatch may take 2–6 weeks. In all such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at orders@editoneinternational.com or call us at +91-987-185-2545 within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped.

• Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be recalled.

Editone International Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, policy violations, or any other valid reason. In such cases, you will be notified via email or call and a 100% refund will be processed.

If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, wrong name, or recipient unavailable, any additional re-delivery cost will be charged to the customer.

3. Returns Policy

We accept return requests within 48 hours of order placement on applicable products. Books are non-returnable.

• Return requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be initiated only for genuine reasons.

4. If the Product is Damaged

If you receive a damaged product, email us at orders@editoneinternational.com (with product photos + Order ID) within 72 hours of delivery. We offer Replacement, Repair, or Refund.

Replacement: Free pickup and replacement.
Refund: Processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Damage reported after usage (2 weeks or more) will not be accepted.
• Frequent return requests (>3 per financial year) may be rejected.
• Reverse pickup may not be available in some pin codes. No reverse pickup outside India.
